Overview
Renovated & retrofitted 270,000 sqft warehouse building into a food production facility. Built 4000 sqft office space, installed 75ton HVAC and ERU units, ventilation system, conference room, employee breakroom, roasting room, packing room, shipping and receiving, wash room, raw room, nitrogen tanks with vaporizers, lift station, baghouse, and assembled packing lines and roaster.
