As a licensed General Contractor with 16 years’ experience in the construction industry, responsibilities have included all aspects of project development and overall management. In this role, projects have been delivered using various methods including design / build, hard bid, build-to-suit, and the traditional - design / bid / build. Duties have further encompassed schedule development; cost modeling and budget management, workforce relationships with local trade contractors a proactive and positive method with owners, developers (owner's reps) and local agencies.
